KLAR got started as a three-piece rock project by Vladimír VÁCLAVEK (guitar, bass, voices), Volkmar MIEDTKE (drums, keyboards, voices), and Dominik MOHR (guitar, voices). They released two albums via Rachot Behémót - 'Motten' (1995) and 'Live CZ' (1997; recorded as a completely new album on stage in Czech Republic). After a long hibernation, KLAR came back to the scene with their third album 'Between Coma And Consciousness' released via a novel label Ginkgo Biloba Edition in 2002 and were disbanded without any notice.
Vladimír is currently passing KLAR's songs down to coming fans in his new project by his solo output under his name, Vladimír Václavek.
